- Privacy considerations: your name, photograph and e-mail address may be used in club's newsletter as part of the process to help introduce you to other members. We also publish this information in a directory available to members. Newsletters are distributed to the public, and our members on the club's web site. We do not publish phone numbers or home addresses without your permission. We provide a "table tent" with your name and photograph for your use at "show 'n tell," and member ID card as well as a name badge we ask you to wear at club meetings.
- I warrant and represent that all works that I submit now and hereafter to the club for publication are original works of authorship, authored by me, and me alone, free of any claims from any third parties. I further warrant and represent that the club's publication of any such work does not and will not infringe the rights of any third party. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Brentwood Camera Club, it officers, directors, members, sponsors and any other affiliated persons or entities, and any halls of exhibition from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of actions and/or damages arising out of any breach of the aforesaid warranties and representations.
- Any entry I may submit for club-sponsored exhibition will be suitable for general audiences including small children. Further, I acknowledge that it is my personal responsibility to deliver my entries for exhibit at such time as called for by the club, and to arrange for the retrieval of such entries at the published close of such exhibit. I hold harmless without recourse the Brentwood Camera Club, its officers, directors, members, sponsors and any other affiliated persons or entities, and any halls of exhibition in the event of damage or loss of my entry or entries for exhibit. I grant permission to the Brentwood Camera Club to publicize exhibits I may enter and the club itself by making my images available for viewing on the club's web site or for publication in local area publications.
