Frequently Asked Questions regarding the website.
- I lost my password, help!
If you have lost your password to the site, please use the "
Lost Password?" link located below the Login button in the Club Member Access section on the left hand side of the site.
- Why doesn't my password work?
If you are having problems logging into the site using the password provided to you by the Webmaster, please try copy-and-pasting the password as it may contain numeric digits instead of letters (e.g., a zero instead of a capital 'o').
- How do I log into the site?
If you have a username and password, enter them into the fields located in the "Club Member Access" area that is located just below the menu on the left side of the site.
If you don't have a username and/or password and are a paid member of the Brentwood Camera Club, please email the webmaster.

Password? link located below the login button in the "Club Member Access" area.
- How do I change my password?
When you are logged in to the club's site, just below the Member Directory on the left (in the menu) is a "Your Details" option. If you click on that, you'll see a page that contains your contact information. At the top of the page is an "Edit" button (it's really a menu), moving your mouse over it will reveal an option to "Update Your Profile". Clicking on "Update Your Profile" will take you to a form where you can change your password. You'll need to enter the new password into both the "Password" and "Verify Password" fields, then click on the "Update" button.
- How do I change my username?
When you are logged in to the club's site, just below the Member Directory on the left (in the menu) is a "Your Details" option. If you click on that, you'll see a page that contains your contact information. At the top of the page is an "Edit" button (it's really a menu), moving your mouse over it will reveal an option to "Update Your Profile". Clicking on "Update Your Profile" will take you to a form where you can change your username. You'll need to replace the text that is currently in the "Username" with what you want for your username, then click on the "Update" button.
- Why can't I find [blank] on the site?
There are sections of the site (e.g., Photoshop Users Group posts and calendar entries) that are only visible to club members as a benefit of joining the club. In order to be fair to those that have become members of the Brentwood Camera Club, these sections are only visible when you are logged into the site. If you are not finding something on the site, please check to see that you are logged in. If you are and still are unable to find something, please try using the search box to search for the material. If that fails, please email the
webmaster.

- When I access the Yahoo Group there are no messages visible.
When you are having this problem, is there a big blue "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the box that contains the message history? If so, you need to click on it and sign in. Yahoo does not allow you to view things unless they are certain that you are logged in, and they don't let you stay logged in forever. This is something that you'll have to do periodically (I think, but am not sure, that you'd have to do this at least once a day).
